		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s about changing the excuses; why shouldn&#039;t you let yourself get fit, treat your health, general well being, self esteem and possibly even extend your lifespan?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Why should you let trivial things get in the way of all that? What&#039;s more important than good health? Why can&#039;t you do Tae Kwon Do, running, cycling AND the gym?? We work, on average, an 8 hr day and sleep on average for 8 hrs, so there&#039;s another 8 going spare each day for social, tv, eating, AND fitness and then there&#039;s the weekends...&lt;/p&gt;
