Hi, I’m Mark.
I am a new(ish) runner, and an overweight, big bloke. Not necessarily a good combination, you may say, and often I (or at least, my ankles) would agree with you. But what the hell, eh? Might as well give it a go!
In more detail: I’ve actually been running for around 2 years, but have never undertaken a solid training routine. As such, I can barely run more than 1km without stopping. My aim, for 2010, is to overcome this and become a bona fide runner, as well as a non-fat person.
